If you are looking to hire a VW Cabrio for wedding or TV/Film from this site you are advised do make sure, if possible, you view the car and read any contract that you make with the hirer, make sure that the owner of the car is adequately insured to carry out wedding or TV/Film car hire and the vehicle in question is roadworthy. VWCOCGB supplies contact information only, it is up to the hirer to check all details and total costs. The car hire listings contain brief vehicle descriptions, owner names and contact details. Descriptions, photo's and contact details are as supplied by the owners. VWCOCGB holds no responsibility to the accuracy or authenticity of details supplied by owners. ANY LISTINGS MADE FOR OTHER NON KARMANN BEETLE CABRIOLET VEHICLES WILL BE LIABLE TO REMOVAL WITHOUT NOTICE. Duplicates of the same listing will be deleted without notice. VWCOCGB will not be involved or held accountable, liable or responsible for any transaction between Hirer's and owners or any consequential damages or losses arising from such transactions entered into.
The advertiser agrees not to display on the Website immoral, violent, abusive, discriminatory, racist, political, religious, governmental, charitable, illegal or adult content or links to websites displaying such contents, including activities requiring regulatory approval, the sale of pharmaceutical products, gambling services or any other content specified as unsuitable by VWCOCGB. VWCOCGB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DELETE WITHOUT NOTICE OR WITHOUT REFUND ANY CAR HIRE LISTING NOT MEETING THE AFORE MENTIONED CRITERIA OR DEEMED OTHERWISE UNSUITABLE BY VWCOCGB.

Valid full paying members can add classifieds FREE - Half and non members can advertise but will be charged a £10 fee per advert for a maximum 6 month period. Only air cooled VW Karmann built cabriolet's and associated parts are allowed to be advertised in the classifieds section by full, half or non members. VWCOCGB does not forward or sell personal, vehicle or email address details of members or advertisers on this website without permission. However, be aware that by advertising and listing your email address on this site (world wide internet exposure) it is possible you could be contacted via email by marketing organisations (spam) or fraudulant organisations (scammers) posing as potential buyers from anywhere in the world. Such scammers typically operate from outside of UK and usually offer to pay by cheque or transfer for an amount well in excess of the asking price but instruct you to forward on the additional amount to another third party bank account. Please be aware that such activities are highly suspicious and likely to be scams attempting to get you to forward significant amounts of money from your account to someone Else's account before their cheque or transfer made to you has had chance to clear. This will invariably bounce after you have forwarded funds from your account. We strongly advise anyone advertising on this site to decline any such offer no matter how attractive this may seem. We suggest any payments should be made in full to 'yourself only' and to the exact amount agreed. Typically these people operate from overseas, are not interested in viewing the goods and have no knowledge/understanding of the Karmann Cabrio. All classifieds transactions embarked upon are at the risk of the buyer and seller only. Soft top hoods and hood parts orders
Full paid up members of VWCOCGB are able to place orders direct with our European supplier of soft top hoods and associated hood materials to buy required items direct at trade prices. We have agreement with the supplier for VWCOCGB 'full members' only to place orders direct via the suppliers website using the link contained in members only area of this website. In addition to choosing required items from table and colour charts on suppliers website and entering member contact details into the order, MEMBERS WILL NEED TO QUOTE A UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER PROVIDED VIA THE 'MEMBERS ONLY' AREA OF THIS SITE. Full members will also need to scan in current valid VWCOCGB membership card clearly displaying member number or a digital photograph of their authentic VWCOCGB member card (the image must be clearly readable). Payment to the supplier is by either bank transfer (no additoinal cost) or debit/credit card (incurs additional 3% charge). Credit/debit card payments can only be made by email, telephone or fax. All 'full members' hoods orders are transactions directly between the hoods supplier and member only. VWCOCGB is not involved with transactions and therefore VWCOCGB WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISIONS OR PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS OR PAYMENTS MADE BY MEMBERS OR SUPPLIER.
