FOR SALE: 1972 VW 1303LS (1584cc) RHD Karmann Cabriolet Beetle. Beautiful, orange 1303LS Karmann Cabriolet Beetle 'Fritzy'. Rare original right hand drive 1584cc example from 1972, therefore Zero Road Fund Tax. Low mileage of 69,200. My family bought it from its only other owner in 1991 and had it professionally undersealed and resprayed in its original colour. It has since been extremely well looked after and garaged- full maintenance and MOT documentation from 1991 is available for inspection. FOR SALE: Very Rare Mint Condition Low mileage British Right Hand Drive Karmann Cabriolet Original British Right Hand Drive 1978 1303LS Karmann Sports Cabriolet in Copper/Bronze with Beige/Cream Hood & leather interior. This is a UK supplied right hand drive not converted from L/H drive, first registered 4th August 1978. It has 26247 miles from new & I am the 3rd owner. The engine size is 1584cc & carries the 1303 badge on the back - it was converted to unleaded petrol 10 years ago. It has an Alarm & Immobiliser fitted. It has a Kenwood KRC 378R AM/FM stereo radio/tape deck & a matching Kenwood 6 disc auto changer under the seat. New firestone F560 radials 155/15 fitted & Empi 8 polished alloy wheels. The brakes have also been stripped & replaced due to age rather than wear. The spare tyre is the original & unused. The hood is original & in excellent condition + I have the original hood cover. There is a full MOT & tax on the vehicle. A new battery has been fitted & there is a solar trickle alarm that will go with the car - a must have for a classic car which is not used as a daily driver. STOLEN I am absolutely gutted to report that our beautiful car has been stolen. He is not in pristine condition, a work in progress, really. He is a 1978 Karmann Cabriolet, we think German import. The registration number is DGH 27 S Left hand drive, no radio [just a space]. Chassis number 158 2 050 601 His hood is quite damaged on  the driver's side [I think someone may have resented the previous owner! It had a couple of tears which had been gaffered up, while we saved up the money to have the roof redone] He has dirty cream seats! There is a daft black 1980s executive car phone sticker on the glove box front.
