The Clubs Annual General Meeting is usually held at the end of May as a weekend break for members and their families with emphasis on being very much a social occasion rather than just a business affair. Families with children are well catered for and made very welcome. We endeavor to hold each AGM in a different region of the country to the previous years meeting.

The AGM weekends consist of many activities in addition to the business meeting with items such as organised trips to local attractions, convoy drives, Saturday evening meal with entertainment, Cup awards & presentations. The actual business meeting is kept to a minimum of the weekend to allow the committee to give an account of the clubs business details as well as hold election for new committee members. The meeting also provides the membership with the opportunity to raise issues with the committee.
